A valid/signed Doctor's Order is required for any Diagnostic exam.
Must bring order and photo ID
Insurance must be verified before appointment
Self-Pay Pricing: Covers the ultrasound exam and final Radiologist report. These prices are for self-pay patients only and do not apply to insurance billing.
No-Show Policy: A $10 No-Show fee is required at the time of rescheduling if you miss a scheduled appointment without canceling. Avoid this by canceling at least 2 hours in advance. Payment in full is required to reschedule any previous No-Show appointment.
